Ermis Bakery — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

The worst experience ever! I ordered my birthday cake from here, and I have received it with the wrong colours! I asked for some nice olive colour and it came out bright green. The baker told me it won't be the exact the same colour but I thought he meant to do like darker or lighter colour of the olive, instead I got a bright green which was the opposite of what I asked for! I called to complain with the hope they can make a change about it and the answer what was? ''do you know there is a war in Ukraine happening? I do not have time for this, you are exaggerate'' The only thing they could do is send me a photo if it was such a different colour from what I asked, but no...this was the most unprofessional answer I could get from someone who has a business. The owner of the bakery couldn't be more rude, with such an ugly attitude, this is just not right! I will never order a cake from here again that's for sure! And no one should order from here if they want something specific with their cake. Close the bakery if you can not serve your...

Only 2 stars for this bakery/ confectionery. The general place is good and it has a good variery to choose from. The quality of service and products are medium. Nothing special. Everything is just ok and nothing special. The service from the lady owner could have been better. I dont want this to sound racist but she owns a bakery and nothing special, nothing more. She doesnt respect her workers or customers. I dont understand why she has this kind of attitude, maybe she thinks she has a good job and money i guess but i know many people with way better jobs and money than her that dont have...

13 Οκτωβριου με κέρασαν αυτό το γλυκό. Δεν είχε καρτελακι με τα συστατικά. Κάλεσα να μάθω. Σήκωσε κάποιος το τηλεφωνο στο αρμόδιο τμήμα. Περίμενα περίμενα μέχρι που εκλείσε η γραμμή. Καλώ σήμερα πατώ επιλογη τμήμα πωλήσεων. Λέω την ιστορία. Απαντηση . Όταν ειναι για γάμο δεν υπάρχει καρτελάκι με τι περιέχει. Δηλ αυτοί που πανε σε γάμους και εχουν δυσανεξιες, δεν κινδυνεύει η υγεία τους απο διαφορα συστατικά ? Όχι δεν ήταν από γάμο. Α ήταν παραγγελία. Οχι δεν ήταν παραγγελία. Θέλω κάποιον υπεύθυνο παρακαλώ. Εδώ έγινε χειρότερο. Λέω ξανά τι έγινε. Α το τηλέφωνο χθες το σήκωσε ένας ξένος που δεν ξέρει. Α ναι προχθές μόλις τα τυλιγα και ήθελε από αυτά. Μα δεν ήταν προχθές ήταν χθες . Μισό λεπτό να σας πάρω πίσω αλήθεια γιατί θέλετε να μάθετε? Τις παρασκευές δεν τρώω αρτισιμο . Εδώ το σοκ. Οποιος νηστεύει δεν πρέπει να παραπονιέται. Και ανεύθυνοι και ψεύτες και πνευματικοί. Έλεοοοοος. Μα πιο πολυ επικίνδυνοι . Δεν ξέρω αν η διεύθυνση της εταιρείας τα γνωρίζει όλα αυτά. Ήρθε η ώρα να τα μάθει. Με το βρηξε να περάσουμε...
