There was a problem with the driver's phone and I couldn't hear him at all. He called me 10 times because I assume he got lost. I called the restaurant in the meantime to tell them about it and they were also having the same problem. They didn't seem to offer an alternative solution apart from sending another driver to find the other one. More than one hour later after my order, the driver called me from a bakery and told me his car had broken down. I ended up going there to pick it up.
