Το Πάρκο Souvlaki & Grill — Restaurant in Livadia

We ordered for delivery and were SO disappointed. This was our first time ordering from here. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst souvlakis we’ve had in a while.

We regularly order food online. Of all the places we’ve ordered from, we would put this place at the bottom of the list sadly, especially for pork eaters.

The pork was of chewy consistency, odd taste and pita plus other ingredients were soggy due to the dip being spread INSIDE the souvlaki. We’ve never seen it prepared this way before and the flavour combinations of the dip with the rest of the food do not work at all when they’re smothered in. As a Cypriot, this is also quite untraditional. Dips should be separate. There was also no lemon at the side to squeeze. Again, very un-Cypriot.

The sheftalia sadly did not pass the mark either. It was small and very dry. The flavour, much like the pork, was very strange. It tasted as though it wasn’t cooked thoroughly and looked very pink inside. We fully respect that these may be homemade, but unfortunately are not of the same quality as nearby competitors.

Despite their prices being between €0.50-€1.00 cheaper than competitors, we’d personally advise that you spend a little more money and receive a higher standard of food, and much tastier as well.

The restaurant also refused to issue a refund based on the above experience.

The picture bellow is one portion for 10 euro Called them up a they said this is what we get. 1 piece cut up into 4 small pieces. And selling it for 4 pieces, charge you 10 euro for it 🤣

This was one of our favorite but the last 3 months it's getting worse and worse!! Better to close it down or Sell it rather than treat people with disrespect! If you have economical problems there are other ways you can deal with it....

Placed sn order through Foody as it was the quickest delivery time (30 minutes) After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes I called to ask where my order was and the man said “it’s coming” only to have them cancel the order as soon as I got off the phone to them. You can see from the screenshots they told Foody they tried calling me and I didn’t answer when I’m fact I called them! Absolutely disgusting service!!! Avoid...
