Review of Full Tou Meze – Nicosia Full Tou Meze offers a truly generous and satisfying meze experience in Nicosia. From the moment we sat down, the service was kind and attentive, and the food arrived relatively quickly. The atmosphere is pleasant, though nothing particularly special. The meze itself was a feast—the plates just kept coming, and the portions were quite large, maybe even a bit too much, but that’s hardly a complaint when the quality is so good. The tzatziki was fresh and refreshing, perfectly complementing the warm and soft pittas. A standout appetizer was the feta wrapped in crispy filo pastry, drizzled with honey—an irresistible balance of sweet and savory. The zucchini balls were also excellent, light, and flavorful. Some of the grilled and meaty dishes were solid but not extraordinary, including the mushrooms, Cypriot sausages, pancetta, and halloumi. The pork souvlaki was well-cooked, though I’ve had better, but the sheftalies were absolutely delicious. Delicious was the grilled chicken as well. The kotsi with orzo was a dish that stood out with its deep, rich flavors, and the small chicken patties were a pleasant surprise—juicy and full of flavor. One dish that unexpectedly impressed me was the liver. I’m not usually a fan, but I found myself enjoying it more than expected. To end the meal, the dessert was a real treat—kataifi filled with cream and topped with masticha ice cream, a perfect way to finish off such a rich and filling dinner. Overall, Full Tou Meze delivers a great meze experience with good quality food, generous portions, and fair pricing. I’d definitely recommend it and might visit again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Foul Tou Meze! This Cypriot taverna offers an authentic and unforgettable dining experience. The meze was simply outstanding—beautifully presented, full of variety, and bursting with flavor. From freshly grilled halloumi and juicy souvlaki to perfectly spiced sheftalia and delicious dips like tzatziki and tahini, every dish was a delight. The portions were generous and came out at a perfect pace, allowing us to enjoy every bite without feeling rushed. What really elevated the night was the live music. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and truly captured the spirit of a traditional Cypriot night out. The musicians were incredibly talented and created an energetic vibe that had people singing along and even dancing by the end of the night. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the entertainment so right, but Foul Tou Meze nails it. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, this spot is a must-visit for a true taste of Cyprus. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be coming back!

We went for the mezze and by the end, we felt so full, that we had to get a doggie bag. Generous portions and flavourful dishes. Quality is certainly not sacrificed for quantity here and a great balance is ensured. Attentive and polite service. We paid by card around €45 (drinks included) and we left very satisfied on a Saturday evening. Overall, this is a place I will return to. If there was perhaps one thing that was a bit off for me was the dessert’s price in comparison to the rest of the bill.
