McDonald's — Restaurant in Nicosia

It’s a way not my first visit to McDonald’s, worldwide, this branch is not the worse one however it’s deserving a very low rating. First of all I visited it not in busy hours, 22:00, and the employees wasn’t rushing at all. The toilets were very dirty and smelly (really smelly). I’ve decided to use the Mac app for the first time (as it’s promoted so strongly), I can live with the hidden tinny beacon that I ordered as extra (paid extra), probably can live with 3 small onions (however paid extra cuz I know they don’t like to put onions inside), but I was surprised with the service. As I approached the manager and asked that I have ordered extra beacon and extra cheese and I can not see it my meal, she couldn’t do so, so she went inside the kitchen and got back 20 seconds after with glows, showing me that there is a tinny tinny peace of beacon inside, so I said “OK”, but I really like onions in my meal and ordered and paid extra. She just gave the cold burger and replied “That’s how our extra onion is served”. Today when we have loads of burger restaurants to choose from, where the only benefit of McDonalds is late hours, drive in and service, the service is still really below the expected. Feeling like I’m done with my McDonalds in Cyprus (It’s not that bad as in Israel, but it’s still one of the worst in the world). P.s - my suggestion is to learn from your colleges in...

The tall cashier worked on 7 of May the night around 10:00 don’t know how to work. Ordered my meal wanted to use two coupons that I had available, he scanned both of them but the one wasn’t applied. He didn’t even bother tell me that they can not be redeemed both. So I noticed afterwards told him that why isn’t both of them applied. Just an american fast food. Very good fries though. Overpriced for no reason. The food is nothing special. It is a very good option for last minute decision or late night food. Fries are good to be honest and the chicken nuggets are also crispy. This food is not for everyday. One a week is okay. Try the big tasty, it is amazing...
