If a vineyard vista and excellent fire-roasted food is your thing, please head out to Fytos. The tavern is basic and has no air-conditioning, which is a pity, but the fabulous food and the vineyard vibes definitely make up for the lack in cooling during the summer months. My husband and I ate here last night. It was a sudden change of plan as we were passing Fytos Grill House on route to our initial destination, and we were so pleased we did. We had the Meze, which was amazing. There was a total of 18 traditional Cypriot dishes, consisting of a few vegetarian dishes, but mainly pork and lamb (not complaining). All the dishes were lovely. Absolutely recommend this place! Even though the restaurant was full, we got our food surprisingly quickly. I was a bit disappointed at first because the moussaka was sold out, but the waitress kindly recommended a similar dish — it was a huge portion and incredibly tasty!

What really stood out was the waitress herself: despite the busy atmosphere, she was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about her job. She truly deserves a 5-star rating from us!
