Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

Horrible service! At 20:15 we placed our order through Foody. We received a note that it will be 60-75mins for delivery, which was very long in itself, but we were like, hey they are busy... We are understanding people. At 21:00 the delivery driver called he is here at the house when he was actually not here and he had no idea where he is or where is he supposed to go. Tried to explain to him over the phone where to go in order to find us he could not explain where is he currently and had not much knowledge of the area either in order to explain the location. Suggested we will send location by Whatsapp or any other means but he said he has no access to internet. So tried to explain somehow, we tried to ask him when he reaches a certain point to call us so we can come out on the main road to meet. Before we could say this he put the phone down on us. 10 minutes later he was still nowhere, tried to call him 2x, no answer. Called customer service to tell them about the problem, the deliver guy is having some difficulties and if they could explain it to him where we are. 15minutes later he is still nowhere, no word from operator either, so we called again. Different person answered, he seemed like he has no idea of the situation, he said he will call me back. Another 10 minutes passed, called back the same person to see what is going on, now this was 45 mins later than the deliver guy called that he is “here”. Operator said dont worry the food is on it way ( I tried to ask how long does that mean he could not tell me, just soon “be patient “) and said that they are bringing new pizzas from the store as it was nearly 1 hour since the delivery person called. Finally the pizzas arrived. The pizzas were definitely not fresh! Maybe just been warmed up, it tasted like a day after pizza... Also the pizza boxes were soaked through so clearly the pizzas were sitting in the same box for an hour. Not to mention the pizza was soggy from the humidity. Also not to mention that the potato wedges were not even cooked properly. Definitely not a good experience waiting for your pizza nearly 2 hours... To add to the story, 0...

Yesterday we ordered online at 22:00... Until 23:00 nothing came. Then we called and of course the message was played "we close at 23:00" and no answer on the phone. At 23:20 we gave up and cooked ourselves.

I even wrote an email as complaint, but yet not even an apology - Nothing!

One time before they forgot us, but that was earlier and we managed to get a pizza only 2 hours after we order - we thought we give them another chance.

They messed it up after only 3 more orders! Sorry, but that's it. We never...

Have to say our recent visit was not good. They were open , but no staff, we called and called but it took ages for the staff to come and serve us. We've had Papa Johns before and enjoyed them. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom and a garden pizza....both were not great....so much cheese and not many ingredients, we couldn't find many mushrooms or pepperoni on the one pizza....and the other too was too cheesey....with not enough other ingredients....very disappointed and the cost €28 was...
