Green Hill Tavern — Restaurant in Peyia

I was so excited i had seen the reviews all good, good, good ..... Only to be let down the menu was not the same as online to start with, we got given a limited menu when we got there, we all ordered a starter which was lovely, looking forward at this point to the main, i ordered kleftiko a what i call a local traditional dish sadly wrong on so many levels, i think it went to the butcher and said shoot me, it was the toughest lamb i ever had, could not even cut it with a steak knife. We left not being fed and very disappointed i would not...

Been there a few times. Really nice location with a stunning views over Pegeia and Coral Bay. Worth visiting for drinks which are cheap, however food is a bit expensive. Service a bit slow and if you are planning to eat be prepared to wait... It wasn't busy evening, we were 6 and we had to wait almost an hour for our meals to arrive... Still if you want a nice place to chill out with your drink,...

Have been to this restaurant every year for the last 5 or 6 years. Its cha ged hands this year and quiet frankly not a patch on what it use to be. 50% of the tables have been removed leaving a gapping great space. The menu was very limited, in fa t we walked out. Really disappointed...
