It was exceptional experience for us this time. We had paella with snails and ice cream served with snail caviar and figs in homemade balsamic sauce. 1. Paella with snails coocked by own recipe was more than just perfect. Each granule of rice is felt separately and has a different taste depending on what kind of snail juice is poured on top. This place is unique and Roman mainly uses his handmade ingredients mainly but those, which are purchased, are of exceptionally high quality. Therefore, there is always a sincere and home atmosphere here. 2. Regarding ice cream. It's a piece of art, not just an ice cream. Homemade ice cream with snail caviar, I’ve never seen anything like this. This is truly unique experience in terms of taste discoveries. In general, this place is one of my favorite in Prague. I definitely recommend visiting and trying these masterpieces of Michelin-level cuisine. Special thanks to Roman for his passion, his openness and his top-level cuisine.

We had a great time here. Visited in late November and it was just us and the couple who own the farm. They’re very kind and passionate about the cooking there — they recommended the mixed snails platter and the liver pâté toasts which were both excellent. We also got to paint snail shells to hang on their souvenir wall which was very fun. If you’re looking for an adventure out of the city center, definitely come here! Easy to get to taking the metro to Kobylisy and a bus the rest of the way. Bring cash — they do not accept card; also, call ahead of time (at least in the off-season), we had to make a reservation since it’s family run.

Amazing. Authentic snail farm with over 30 tons yearly yield! And the guy running it is experienced cook who is very passionate for snail cuisine and a winner of international snail cooking competition. He knows more than 100 recipes and many of them of his own origin with his unique blend of spices. We ordered Grilled Snails with Burgundese Butter, Snail Goulash and it was so amazing we couldnt resist and ordered the goulash again and snail tortilla with parmesan. And we saw baby snails. You couldn’t imagine how cute baby snails are. And the cat on the roof is real, he comes to say hello and goodbye. The big snails are statues.
