The place is pretty basic. If you want to eat on the spot you have choice between pretty small indoor area, few outdoor tables or more outdoor but covered tables. You can choose from several fish-based meals, but everybody recommend their carp fries, and I must join the choir. They are very good. Even if you've tried carp fries on some other places and you didn't like them (like me) you should give them a try here again. You'd be hardly able to identify that you eat fish. Other than that they have choice of several grilled fish and you can choose any size of serving you want. Carp fries come with very good picked vegetable salad. There's more to choose from, but I didn't try the other options (yet). The place is in beautiful natural setting, just next to the pont where they keep the fish. The place is reachable by public transport bus 162. It's just next to it's terminal at Dolní Chabry. But you can also easily walk there from Sídliště Čimice bus terminal. Na navstevu tohto podniku sme sa dlhsie tesili a ked sme boli v Prahe, jedna navsteva bola urcena aj tomuto podniku. Skusim zhrnut moje osobne hodnotenia do jednej vety - stacilo raz a za tu cestu (z Prahy), urcite to nestoji. Tento podnik je pekna ukazka toho, ze mate dobru surovinu (cerstvu rybu) a ked ju neviete pripravit, tak je to skoda suroviny. Personal - mlade ukrajinky, ale rozumeju cesky, za nas v pohode. V tomto podniku to funguje tak, ze si u okienka objednate a dostane elektronicku kartu, ked je vasa objednavka zrealizovana, pridete si k druhemu okienku pre objednavku, pri odchode zaplatite. K jedlu a napojom: objednane sme mali pivo 2 kohouti (OK, som pri rybniku, neocakavam kvalitu piva ako na Karline. Filet zo pstruha potocneho - tesil som sa pri ceste z Prahy najviac, kedze pstruha potocneho si len tak hocikde nedate..Skoda, ze ho nevedia dobre urobit, teda ja som mal ho dost vysuseneho :(, k tomu trochu salatu, ktory velmi zle umyli, kedze mi skripal pod zubami piesok. Manzelka si objednala kapri hranolky - ktore vobec neboli krupave, take zvlhnute, velmi zle urobene. Ked sme to vraveli obsluhe, ze hocikde inde, ked si dame kapri hranolky tak su chrumkave, ale tu take ako ked si date urobene hranolky pod sklenu misu a cele vam navhnu. Ze vraj, to tak robia pre deti, tak ja som tam ziadne deti nevidel, ktore by si davali toto jedlo a ked uz tak, tak nech sa opytaju pri objednavke, ze ci prajete si nechrumkave hranolky ? Co toto je za odpoved od obsluhy, zrejme dievcina sama nevedela, co nam ma na to povedat.. Ja som si este objednal kapri peprenky, neboli zle, ale ked si dam toto jedlo v Lokali, ovela viac si pochutim ako na ich produkte. Manzelka si dala este tatarak zo pstruha, hodnotim moje ochutnanie - vysuseny tatarak, zle ochuteny. Tento podnik uz urcite nenavstivim, ak si chcete oplachnut ruky, tak musite ist do kadibudky (TOI-ky). Mozno sme nemali stastie na personal, co pripravoval jedlo (10.8.24), mozno vieme ako maju chutit dobre kapri hranolky a dobre urobeny filet zo pstruha, tento podnik to bohuzial pocas nasej navstevy nezvladol. A Fantastic Selection of fresh fish dishes. ​It's a true delight, with a menu that highlights great local fish based cuisine. ​What really stood out for me was the zander. It was perfectly cooked, with a crispy skin and tender, flaky meat. The flavor was delicate and fresh, showing a real understanding of how to prepare this fish.
