I asked the usual thing I take in many other BBs: a sandwich in stone-baked bread and potatoes without the sauce. The potatoes were with the sauce anyway. The bread was simple white. I didn't complain about the sauce, because didn't want any troble for the lady at the counter, who obviously just didn't get my English well. But then I found that the bread is not stone-baked and I went to ask at least to give back the extra money for it. Unfortunately, the guy who came to talk to me was insisting that the bread is stone-baked, that they have it for a long time like this and noone else has ever complained, etc, etc. He offered to change for dark bread, but I didn't want that. A great phrase that he said was: "I don't know how to explain to you that it is our stone-baked bread." Well, at most it looks nothing like the sample on the picture. It looked exactly as plain white bread. Luckily, it is just my taste, and not a strict preference. I ate that all anyway, just to avoid investing any more energy into arguing. But honestly the staff at the Eden branch are rude, slow and their attitudes in line with dinosaurs, especially when comparing to other BB's I have visited in Prague. I dont know why I even bother. We were super happy with the coziness and space though the order system on the touch screen was a tad confusing and we ended up with two (instrad of one) limited edition fraffe (iced coffee with cherry syrop) which was unforunately very very unpleasant in mouth, so recommending not getting that one.
