Restaurace Havana — Restaurant in Prague

Today was our 4th time in this restaurant. Until now we were always very satisfied, food was delicious and service fast and friendly. Unfortunately, we could not say the same about today experience. As usual we have booked a table outside for 19:00. We came on time, did drinks orders and then food order at cca 19:20. At 19:45 our waitress (could not get her name, she was with black short hair) came back telling us that 1/2 of out order disappeared and she need to ask again what we ordered. I did not question her more, I just told her that cheese quesadilla I ordered also for my 20 months old daughter so would be good to have it asap. Another 20 minutes passes and even the last table who came much later than us received food. I asked same waitress how much more we need to wait, she said she would check, came back and said 5-10 min. Food finally arrived at 20:20, 1h after we made out order. Finally we could enjoy it, it was good as always, only thing is that my husband´s rumpsteak was cooked medium well instead of medium and my father´s fillet beef medium instead of medium well. We finished out food, same waitress came to clean up and asked us if everything was fine, I said yes except the fact that steaks were not cooked as we ordered but we did not want to give it back and wait another 1h. She asked again then if everything was ok then? I think I was not clear enough. Then I asked for bill as it was close to 20:45, bed time for my daughter. I went inside to pay by card. Second waitress asked if everything was ok, I said no and explained that we waited too long and steaks were not cooked as we ordered them and I also said it would be at least nice to get 2 small beers for free as compensation. She said that just because we waited we could not get free beer, I told her that we did not wait because it was busy with customers but because her colleague made mistake and she was not even able to truly apologize and admit it. Then I just left because I got very mad due to this behavior towards me as client. I worked few summers as waitress both in USA and Ireland, my husband has been working as a chef for 10 years so we know this business and we know that people are only humans and can make mistake but if you make it you at least try to make customer satisfied at the end which definitely did not happen and I am really afraid I would not visit this...

Dobrý večer, musím bohužel napsat velmi negativní recenzi na dnešní večer 03.05.2019 ve vaší restauraci. Jsem častým hostem restaurace Havana hlavně ve slunečních dnech na zahrádce sám, se svojí rodinou i se skupinami přátel (skupiny spolužáků a přátelé ze zahraničí), a doporučuji všem tuto restauraci, která je velmi blízko mého bydliště v Bělocerkevské ulici. Od dnešního dne, pokud nedostanu odpovídající odpověď, nejen nebudu doporučovat restauraci Havana svým přátelům, ale pokud jdou s dětmi, vyhnout se širokým obloukem... Dnes jsem v 11.45 objednal stůl pro 3 dospělé osoby a 2 děti (5 let a 10 měsíců) na 20.45 pro moji dceru a její matku, které žijí v Itálii, umí dobře i český jazyk. Rezervaci jsem ještě jednou potvrdil v 19.45, v obou případech mi odpověděl velmi laskavý ženský hlas, který potvrdil, že nejsou žádné problémy i s dětmi. Když jsme přišli do restaurace, kde již byl náš stůl rezervován, jsme byli uvedeni na místo. Po chvíli studování jídelního lístku přišel číšník, který se ptal jestli, máme vybráno, trvalo nám trošku déle vybrat kvůli dvojjjazyčného dialogu mezi nám hosty nápoje a jídlo, byli jsme poučeni neprofesionálně panem číšníkem, že máme v rukou jídelní a nápojový lístek a že si musíme umět vybrat, první faul. Poté, co jsme vybrali pití (Sangría O,5 litru, sklenice bílého vína a pivo 11 stupňů) plus jídlo (2 saláty a plus hermelín) ještě pro dítě mysku rýže, nám bylo řečeno, že přílohy se nemohou dávat samostatně, druhý faul. Vrchol byl, když jsme v 22.10 požádali o dezert, nebylo sděleno, že kuchyně je zavřená, ale protože 10-ti měsiční chlapec trochu poplakává, tak je vhodné, abychom zaplatili a opustili lokál, k tomu nemám komentáře, protože tato zcela neprofesionální poznámka nám zcela zkazila celý předchozí dost dobrý večer, závěrečný faul... Neznám jména obsluhujícího personálu večer 03.05.2019, slečna/paní, která se snažila vyřešit problémy, byla profesionální, její pánský kolega byl neprofesionální a i dost osobně urážlivý. Upravuji tuto recenzi, dnes 7.7. jsme byli na večeři ve stejné sestavě, pan majitel před několika týdny nám věnoval voucher jako omluvu za nepovedený večer 3.5., dnes jsme jej využili a jak jídlo, tak obsluha byly velmi dobré . Zdravím...

Great place hidden some where in Vrsovice. This place doesn't seem to be any special from outside, but... it is. This place is built around Kuban dishes which are very good and tasty. We ALWAYS leave this place satisfied. Food is really good, portions are also big and prices are reasonable. They change season menu and they have every month some special beer. We really liked this place and we visit it at least once a month to try new beer and it...
