Such a horrible service!

I visited this restaurant today with my friends and my child. The waiters, who have no service culture, treated us very badly (3mothers 4kids). I understand that they were very busy today because of the Halloween event but they still shouldn’t treat us terribly! We went inside and found a table and sit down. They took a long time to come to us so I found the menu myself and looking for what to order without any problems than the waiter came and took the menu away and give us a different one basically threw it on the table 😅 ( looked exactly the same as the other menu) and left. Then finally someone came and asked us to order food I told her what I wanted but she was very reluctant and gave a very rude response which shocked me completely! She was absolutely ignorant and didn’t want us to order anything for real! We told her what we wanted to her but she didn’t finish listening and she just left 🤣 when we were done with the place and leaving, that angry waitress came to us again and we thought she is gonna ask what’s wrong or something but somehow she just shouted at us and chased us away 🤣🤣🤣 feel horrible after this happened!!! We went there for an early dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised. This is a hidden gem in a forest in Prague 4. As starter, we had a carpaccio, which was really good with the sauce, rucola and cheese. The presentation was great, it resembled pure chefmanship. As our second starter we had cheese rolls filled with Parma ham, with some grilled baguette. It was very good, the rolls were soft and flavorful and the baguette was also great. As main course, we had a burger. The burger was great and juicy, we also had a beef strip, the beef strip was tender and tasty. We also had a salad with pieces of beef steak, which was interesting. The downside was that the pieces of steak were a bit too chewy. As dessert we had a grilled pineapple with coconut ice cream, which was great, we also had a plum pie, sweet and a little acidic. Nice place, feels cosy and has a bit marine atmosphere. Service is also kind, maybe except a chief behind a bar who seemed really annoyed saying that it's a restaurant, after I've asked for a menu, as noone was coming to my table and generally I couldn't see any waiter for 7 minutes. But as one appeared, he was nice. A burger was a good one, proper proportion of ingredients and spices in meat and sauce. The pasta was a bit tasteless but after adding salt it was ok. but I guess they specialise in grill dishes then still maybe they should resign from this kind of elements of a menu. Generally, judging the food basing on the burger, I have a good feeling...
