NO GUEST FEELING||I don't recommend staying at this hotel. During the stay of three nights I had no minute of a pleasant guest feeling. It began with no smiling or welcoming at the reception during the check in, directly asking our names and starting the check-in procedure. Later when we visited the restaurant, the waitress throwed the menu card on our table instead of welcoming us and giving the card in our hand like a host should do when receiving guests. I cannot review the taste or quality of the food served in the restaurant of the hotel, because we decided not to eat there. I didn’t experienced such an action on any visit of a restaurant, bar or cafe and was for me unacceptable.||||NOT BOTHERING OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS OF GUESTS||At the second day after exploring Prag we went back to our hotel room and my son, who was walking in front of me, opened the hotel room door without key!! I had the key in my hands and was walking behind my son.. We always check from outside if we locked the door properly and so we did after leaving the hotel that morning. After opening the door we noticed the towels were changed and the garbage was picked up. So the housekeeping was the latest in our room and forgot to lock the door properly! I walked to the reception where I explained this situation as a complaint because all our personally belongings were in the hotel room and anyone could have access to our room for hours!||||NO COMPLAINT PROCEDURE AND NO APOLOGIES||The reception personnel first proposed to change the door key, I believe she didn't understand my point. After that she proposed to call the housekeeping, I still don’t know what her intention was to call them. Later she said the housekeeping walked to our room. I asked if the hotel has an official registration form for complaints and she said the housekeeping have it. I walked back to the hotel room but no housekeeping came to our room… I believe every self-respecting organization should have a complaint procedure which has to be easy accessible for customers/guests. It seems this hotel does not have one since the reception personnel couldn’t give me a copy of it. I even didn’t received any apologies. It seems it didn’t bother her if our personal belongings were stolen.||||GIVE GUESTS A SMILE, BE KIND AND TAKE THEM SERIOUS – KINDNESS DOES NOT COST ANYTHING||After all I can say that Prague is a wonderful city, but my experience with this hotel left me a bitter taste of my travel and exploration. I stayed in many hotels but this is the first time I experienced such a great fault. My advice to this hotel is to give guests a pleasant stay by doing the simple basic things like receive them with a smile, wish them a great day and last but not least: take them serious if they have complaints. Don’t play for earning on the short term, that will cost you guests on...
Read moreTHE STAFF RUINED OUR STAY IN BEAUTIFUL PRAGUE!!! If we exclude the staff, the hotel is excellent, rooms, hall, location. Roztyly metro station is 450m away. Parking is free and located right next to it.
BECAUSE OF THIS STAFF, I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE THAT I CAN LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT MY THINGS THAT ARE IN THE ROOM!
We immediately liked it and decided to stay longer. At the reception, we asked if the reservation could be extended for more days. The receptionist said yes, and that we would stay in the same room and with the same price per night. The next day after a tour of the city, we arrive late at the hotel, and our things are thrown out of our room without our knowledge. PASSPORTS, car keys, some money, snacks, toiletries, food, dirty and clean clothes ALL crammed TOGETHER into our suitcases and thrown into the pantry! When asked why someone was entering the room and packing things, we were rudely told that the hotel was full, there was no room, and that they had checked us out. I told them to check in the computer, because I duly extended my stay. The story was changed, and it was said that we could still stay, but now the price was higher. Only because we were tired and it was very late, we reluctantly stayed another night. WE GOT THE SAME ROOM, AT A HIGHER PRICE! We had to unpack all things, separate clean and dirty clothes, throw away food and check if anything was missing. Shampoos and shower gels that we make ourselves and always carry with us were missing. In the morning I wanted to ask at the reception to return them to me, but I didn't even manage to do it because I was appalled by the behavior of the staff who, without the intention of even saying that they were sorry for the "misunderstanding" and inconvenience we experienced, told a series of LIES directly to me in my face. It is said that:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, with fresh bedsheets and towels provided without fail.
The cafeteria staff were equally impressive, displaying remarkable dedication to ensuring every guest had a hot meal and a drink of their choice, despite it being self-serve. When there were no croissants left, a waitress promptly addressed the issue and brought out a fresh one, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their friendly smiles and warm greetings made each dining experience memorable.
I was particularly impressed by the minimal language barrier, which made communication effortless and added to the overall positive experience.
Regarding the hotel's location, while it's around 7km from the center of Prague, the convenience of a 30-minute bus ride was well worth it, especially considering the nearby amenities. A short 10-minute walk led to a sprawling shopping mall with an impressive array of stores and one of the largest food courts I've encountered.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to its exceptional customer service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. If I find myself returning to Prague in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to...
