Pizza Hut Praha Galerie Butovice — Restaurant in Prague

Frankly, Pizza Hut at Butovice is lucky that this is only one review, but I am putting two experiences into one review. My last two experiences with them involved ordering to have pizzas delivered, and each time being let down by them.

The first time we ordered we waited 90 minutes without any word from them until I called. They informed me that our order was on its way but the driver forgot one of the pizzas so he had to return. I asked for a discount but they didn't want to give me one so I cancelled the order knowing that by the time I got the food it would be cold.

The second time came when I ordered three pizzas about 30 minutes before closing, knowing that it normally takes them about 15 minutes from prior experience at other locations. Frankly, if you are going to advertise that your restaurant is open till a certain time, and delivers, then be prepared to serve all orders including those that come within ample time at the end of the day. After five minutes I got a call from someone there that it would take them 90 minutes to deliver such an order. BULL.....! They just didn't want to be bothered.

The guy who called me said his boss would call me to explain. He never called. Didn't have the guts, or interest. Fine, you don't need my money. Don't waste your time with them, and don't give them your money. If there would be any justice then Pizza Hut would pull the...

I dont have the same problems as others describe. Personally this pizza is the only safe bet if you want a good pizza delivered where I live. The pizza is always made to the same standard and the delivery is usually on time and pizza is hot. Other pizzerias around this part of prague have a very volatile quality. Sometimes its good but then they change the cook or something and it horrible. I guess you can have some great delivery in the center of prague but on the outskirts this is the only place I order pizza from. Good job guys...

I love pizza hut everywhere in the world. That is why I came back for this pizza. The taste of pizza was great, but a bit disapointed by the servise. I ordered to eat there, but it took them nearly 15 minutes instead of 6 minutes as promissed. So I asked them to take away . Simply because they forgot my order and made it in a hurry and forgetting that I ordered and paid extra chalapenos, which I found out afterwards at home. Great pizza but service and experience...
