The PUB Praha 13 — Restaurant in Prague

I am highly annoyed by some of your employees. Last week I had my lunch in THE PUB BUCHAROVA sitting on the outside terrace. Your employee had a chat with another guest sitting by the table next to mine. Nothing wrong with that apart from the fact they were both super loud and kept swearing for good 10 minutes. There were children nearby and your employee apparently couldn't care less. I strongly recommend changing some of your staff. I would honestly love to change my review in the future as I like your food and overall atmosphere. Just please, pay close attention to your employees! Some of them are ruining your good name.

Update 2021: Your employees from Russia/Ukraine are charging extra tips without customer’s approval. I was supposed to pay 174czk and lady asked me to pay 200czk. I ended up looking at her if she is being serious and to my surprise she just kept standing there waiting for my payment. Absolutely crazy attitude!

Tips should be given out voluntarily! Whenever I visited your restaurant I left a tip for the waiter. After this experience, however, I am no longer gonna visit your restaurant.

Despite having 5 thumbs-up on my review (which clearly states I am not the only one having negative experience with this restaurant) I am being left ignored with no explanation to the issues...

Nice looking place, had a jalapeno burger and my companion had their The Pub burger. As I had a lot of burgers in the Czech republic, I have a grading system on scale 1 to 10. So the jalapeno burger: bread 8, meat quality 9, fries 9, composition 5, taste 6. Overall 7.5 so above average. The regular burger however was a bit worse and more plain. The service in the restaurant was mediocre and slightly toward the worse end of the scale. There was nothing wrong, but absolutely nothing good. If we were served by an emotionless robot, would be at least interesting. Second visit: I have noticed illegal practice of selling beer, when they declare ridiculous portions, but the glasses have only 0.3 and 0.5 liter, therefore they cannot prove the exact portion. I wouldn't expect this kind of cheating in this place. I suggest NO TIPS! Based on this I am decreasing from 5 starts to 2. Adding: horrible and rude servis! Going...

Me and a group of guys play football every Thursday next to this place and after come here for beers. Good beer and Martin is often our waiter and he is great. 5 stars to him! But... One thing we still don't understand is why from time to time why they don't allow us to seat all together outside. Looks like there's a rule against seating more than 6 people together, therefore, we are forced to seat on 2 tables. Today we were 9 people and we were forced to move to a second table.
