Semmering restaurace — Restaurant in Prague

SemmeRInG Is a family run restaurant near in PROKOPSKÉ ÚDOLÍ where we have spent few hours to explore this morning.Chef Honza is Pavla’s boyfriend. Honza is a self taught chef, the attention of details to food, restaurant vibe, small warm hearted details inside out of the restaurant. I am impressed with this couple. We were amazed with the freshness of the food and how it balanced well and the decorative were superb. I thought Honza must have been work in the Michelin restaurant, but surprisingly he is a self taught chef!!! We got to chat with Pavla, she is super nice and she was surprised by my observations. That the whole restaurant was carefully planned with every details. After we asked for the bill, Pavla offered us a tasty traditional Prague desert Krupicová kaše to try. It was obviously delicious! Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant...

I really enjoy this place! I was there for the second time and I am happy that the food and drinks are always delicious and the service is great. Their meals are unique and high quality, something worth to try for sure. It is a great deal for those visiting Prokopské údolí as the restaurant is just next to bus and train station. Actually, one of the nicest things is the amazing view to the hills of the park and the village. They have big windows and a nice terrace. I also like the songs they play there and the architecture and design is very modern and cosy. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff and a very clean and stylish atmosphere. We started with appetizers and they were beautifully presented but more importantly delicious! We had duck and pumpkin risotto and they were very good and cooked well also. We finished with ice cream with olive oil and salt and pumpkin porridge served warm and both were great. The place is very big and attention to details is evident and they host small and large parties and have outdoor seating. Lastly the view is this big rock face mountain that is really cool and you can walk around there. I would recommend this place for a nice evening out and I will visit again next...
