Read moreVery poor overall experience. We live in the area and often invite friends to the restaurants for dinner. We have been here a few times and the service has never been great, but in the end it's been okay to turn a blind eye to it. Today was our last time eating here. Food for 4 was ordered when there was very little traffic, around 3pm. The waiter was not only unpleasant from the start, creating an unpleasant atmosphere (e.g. no greeting, no standard polite phrases - only rude one noun commands like "a beer mat" when one of us was just holding it in hands), but he was completely disinterested in the table before and after the order was taken. Eventually one of us went to the bar to ask about the status of the order. The food was finally delivered after an hour without a comment. The overall service was so poor that, unusually for us, we decided to pay without adding a tip this time. The waiter said nothing during the transaction, instead he went back to the table and started making aggressive and rude comments to the rest of the group, suggesting that he should have been tipped. The food is OK though the level of service here is at an embarrassing level - never experienced anything equally unprofessional. We will never go back there and warn...
Read moreWe visited with a family on 15th June. Our table was ‘serviced’ by a tall waiter with carelessly looking beard. The looks were adequate anticipation of his behaviour - the guy barely spoke English, never informed us about waiting time (1 hour between making order and serving the dishes for a group of 4, was rude and finally aggressively approached us after paying the bill for not getting the tip (which is rare for us, but since waiting time was so long and table service very poor we decided to stick to principles and not reward for free). The latter behaviour (approaching us for not getting tipped) was the most rude and unacceptable behaviour of the waiter I have experienced in my life - my wife was still in course of her dinner which was interrupted, the waiter almost shouted and we felt like we could be even physically assaulted. Absolutely worst restaurant service I have ever had. Wholeheartedly recommend to not go there - I will never revisit...
