Basta Pizza — Restaurant in Bornholms Regionskommune

Købte to pizzaer og sådan så det ud da jeg var kommet hele vejen hjem. Fik dog kun taget billeder af den ene, men skorpen på den anden pizza kan anes øverst og lignede den på billedet. Det der ikke var forkullet smagte udemærket, men en stor del måtte smides ud, da også bunden var brændt.

Jeg er med på at napolitanske pizzaer skal have leopardprikker, men dette var som at spise en sort panter.

Just to answer the owners accusation of not being their pizza. I don’t now how to reply to the owners accusation directly so doing it here. It actually responds very nicely to when we were there. Bought it 9th of May 2024 and I posted a picture of the visa transaction because I didn’t keep the receipt and the pictures metadata. So yeah it’s your pizza. Being this arrogant only makes it worse, and after your accusation I deducted a star.

Judging by your arrogance, I’d guess you're Italian. I haven’t thought about your place at all and had actually forgotten it existed—so no, I haven’t been thinking about this “amazing” pizza for a year. But since I visit Bornholm once a year, I was looking for places to eat, and your place popped up. Guess where we’re not eating. It doesn't matter that you changed the toppings, this could have been a margarita, you still sent it. To me, the most alarming thing is that these pizza's slipped through your quality control and I found it worthwhile giving a review even...

The pizza dough is good, one of the best in Bornholm. The toppings is a bit limited but all in all still a good product.

The service shocked me though as the 2nd time i went to order, I very politely told them that last time they forget to add cheese (burrata) on one of the 3 pizzas me and my girlfriend ordered. I just did not want to go home disappointed like last time.

Instead of being understandable or perhaps simple promising to make sure there was cheese on this time, they mocked us saying that "this time they would put EXTRA cheese on" and that "A Burrata pizza without Burrata?" with a smirk on their faces as they obviously did not believe us. We enjoyed the Burrata Prepare Yo Self and the Notorious P.I.G. at our shelter over Hammerhavn. Some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly seared: blistered by charcoal spots, but oh-so-tender and spongy. A masterful execution. As for toppings: the cooling burrata pooling over the fiery nduja oil left nothing...
