We visited the restaurant on a weekday evening with a group of people. We have experience with buffet-style restaurants, but unfortunately, this one was disappointing. The variety of dishes was decent, but there was a severe shortage of food. During the entire time we were there, only one dish was replenished, and even then, it was in a very small amount that barely served a few people. Most dishes were left empty or nearly empty. Some of the food was cold. Additionally, we were unpleasantly surprised that drinks were poured repeatedly into already used glasses,. Read moreFluer i maden, sur smiley, ingen imødekommenhed. Jeg har tidligere været trofast bestiller af take-away og nogle buffetbesøg hist og her, men det er nu forbi efter min sidste oplevelse.
For nylig var jeg inde for at fejre en vens fødselsdag. Vi ankom ved åbningstid. Da jeg kommer over til buffeten, lægger jeg straks mærke til et par fluer, der flyver rundt. Fair nok, tænker jeg, de er måske plaget af dem generelt. Jeg følger så fluernes bane, og ser dem lande på en skål med nudler. Og der er fluefest så det ligner krydderier. Jeg pointerer det straks over for en køkkenmedarbejder, som går over, kigger på skålen, og går videre. Ved næste tallerken kan jeg så se, at der intet er gjort ved det, hvorefter jeg pointerer det for tjenerne og får at vide, at "han forstod nok ikke, hvad du sagde". Tjeneren tager sig af det og der kommer nye nudler. Jeg forventer naturligvis en undskyldning eller en kompensation, men får nul og niks. I min naivitet siger jeg oprigtigt, glædeligt "tak for mad" ved vores afgang, men bliver bare ignoreret.
