Best pizza I've had in a while. However, there's always something wrong or missing.

We specifically ordered from this place because we were craving an Italian fizzy drink that only they have. However, when the pizzas were delivered, we received the wrong drinks. Sad to once again not receive what we ordered, we proceeded to eat and drink anyway. Later on we decided to message JustEat on the app to let them know about the mistake, so they could pay more attention with their future orders, but didn't expect anything to come of it. They then asked if we wanted our original drinks, and we made the mistake of thinking they would be free as a way to apologise for their mistake and keep us as customers. However, when the delivery man arrived, he wanted us to pay for the new drinks because we had drunk the two they initially delivered. We drank what was delivered as we didnt initially think of making a complaint - we certainly were not going to let our pizza get cold while waiting for the correct drinks to be delivered! So I tried to explain to him that we were not going to pay for two new drinks and without even letting me finish speaking, the delivery man turned around and left. I found that quite rude especially considering it was them who made a mistake to begin with and they never even apologised.

Last time we ordered from them, the delivery man didn't bother to read the delivery details we wrote in the app and called to complain nobody was answering the door, when we clearly stated in the app that our door was on the right side of the house, not on the front, as we live in the basement apartment. He said he had been waiting for 20 minutes (why not call us earlier??) and when we opened the pizzas they were cold and wet. Another time the pizzas were left outside the door on the street... Another time we ordered a four cheese pizza (which had rucola on it as well) and when the pizza came it was COVERED in rucola...

After all these incidents we have decided we will unfortunately not be ordering from this...

Kindest people I've ever met! The pizzas were top notch and super quickly made such a gem in the neighborhood 😊 I said kindest because we didn't have cash this evening, no Danish bank card and no ATM close by, the owners kindly offered for us to come paying the next day I can't say how grateful we were having spent a long day travelling: THANK YOU for both the amazing food and the kindness that day really meant the world, it's pretty rare these days to find trusting people like this ❤️ Absolutely recommend you to stop by for a wonderful pizza and an incredible...

Nice place - no complaints- staff was nice and the pizza 🍕 was good.

Frankly, I love pizza in a stone oven makes everything better.

I give it 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️because i have high standards for pizza(and I can’t rate 3.5) 🍕 and there are a lot of good pizza places to rate against in Copenhagen.
