Costa Pizza & Burgerhouse ApS — Restaurant in Fredensborg Municipality

Don't visit this place! I was very unlucky to have a meal in this cafe - I was there on June 26th and ordered Shawarma Ret (75 DKK) + a beer (22 DKK), so together it was 97 DKK but a waiter charged from my card this amount not in DKK but in GBP (!) which is 8,5 times higher!! When I paid the bill I did't pay attention to the currency because you really don't expect to be charged in GBP in Denmark. I realized the mistake only few days later when I checked my back account and already left Denmark. I called to Costa Pizza & Burgerhouse to explain the situation and asked to fix it but had very unpleasant conversation with the employee who answered my call. He said that I'm a liar and didn't want to understand the issue at all. It's really awful how this place treat the customers and the fact that they didn't even give me a correct email address to send the bill (email address which they have on the web site doesn't work at all) and confirm their mistake gives me a reason to think they made this mistake on purpose.

So, I would like to warn all don't visit this place or at least be very careful while paying the bill by card because they can cheat you and change in different currency.
