we go out to eat at least 3 times a week.We know every restaurant from the middle class to the upscale, as we eat out a lot privately and professionally throughout our lives from Sakskobing, Bandholm, Redby Sogn, Nakskov, Horslunde, Nykobing, Marielyst to Kopenhagen. We went to Bramgåsen twice when it opened and last year with business people too.

It was a disaster! The food was nothing more than home-cooked, and the dishes were presented without skill or attention to detail. We like to spend money, but cooking like this and charging for it is definitely not acceptable!We know many people who know how to eat well and value it, but who have NEVER visited this restaurant again. You can't survive on tourists alone.

Now we come back on the recommendation of our business partners.we were very skeptical when we saw the same owners :-( but they business partner talking about a sensational Executive Chef???

We ordered with mixed feelings.

As for the food: it's professional and top-notch. This kind of cuisine is definitely only comparable, if at all, in Copenhagen. The price is, of course, absolutely fair and affordable for what you get. It's star quality. Your heart beats faster when you get your plate. Your eyes sparkle; you can see so much heart in it. The various spice combinations are an explosion in your mouth.this executive chef Claudio is definitely worth visiting!!! We hope that he stays and this special good food. If the restaurant goes back to the way it was before, locals and people like us who know what food means will not visit you again. We will be back and we will promote you. We hope that we have kept you for many more years with this Executive Chef Claudio.

Conclusion: The best restaurant in the entire area Gedser and Copenhagen area, unbeatable quality and price. Unavailable in the surrounding area, and unaffordable for families and regular tourists in Copenhagen! Here, it's affordable for anyone who knows what life costs and what such plates mean how much knowledge and art! you will definitely be full the portions are sufficient and good.

Service needs to be improved. Napkins shouldn't be touched a thousand times and should not be wrinkled. Plates should be served individually, not across the table! The staff should dress more appropriately for the restaurant.

Urine scale in the toilets should be scrubbed and cleaned in such a restaurant.

Bedienung unaufmerksam: hatten Tisch reserviert und drinnen Platz genommen, die Bedienung hatte jedoch nur Augen für die draußen sitzenden Gäste, so dass wir nach 20 min. zu ihr gingen und um Speisekarten baten. Ihre 1. Reaktion war: "Oh, wieviele seid ihr denn?". Die Karte ist übersichtlich mit wenigen Gerichten, was für die Küche spricht. Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut (hatten das Steak, das Sandwich (das sich als Burger entpuppte) sowie den vegetarischen Teller), die Preise sind allerdings mehr als gesalzen: Das Steak (250g) kostete umgerechnet 50 €, der Gemüseteller (Blumenkohl mit einer viertel Tomate, ein paar kl. Kartoffeln und Apfelkrautsalat) kostete umgerechnet satte 25 €. Für die kl. Flasche alkoholfreies Bier musste man 7 € berappen. Auf einen Nachtisch, Kaffee, etc. haben wir verzichtet, weil es uns schlichtweg zu teuer war. Lockdown und DK-Preise hin oder her, aber für die Beträge empfehle ich woanders essen zu gehen.
