I use this ferry monthly and they have a lot to offer, tax free shopping from snacks to drinks to perfume, a play area for children, an all inclusive buffet you can join for a reasonable price, a smaller food service area if you're not up for a whole buffet, well looked after toilets, a smokers area, a couple of gambling machines should you feel the desire. Their announcements are in English, German and Danish. Plenty seating area so no one is left standing around for almost 2 hours. Friendly staff as well. You are allowed to travel with pets and you may enter Denmark if your animal has been vaccinated against rabies at least 21 days before entering Denmark, you also need an eu passport which you can contact your local vet about. Today one ferry broke then ferry at 17.00 arrive 17.15. after all drive in we wait another 45 minutes on ferry to hear first announcement that due some medical problems ferry will leave 18.10 and we finally leave 18.15. How they can inform people after 45 minutes and of course there was no info on website about cancelled and delayed ferry. They complete don't care about people who pays a lot for 2 hours trip.
