Jensens Bøfhus Kolding — Restaurant in Kolding Municipality

Many times we been there and every time either we wait 1 hour for food ( like today ) and even starter comes in 25 min (like today) or if we order medium than it comes totally red .People who work there are kind but we can see their embarrassed faces and that is also not cool .We only go there again and again cause there is no other steak house in storecenter.If anyone will open steak house in kolding storecenter , they will wipe the jensen bøfhus off right away .Tables are so close to eachother that I can even eat next table s food wrongly :) You cant talk anything private.If you look at comments from 3 years ago and now is totally same complains so they didnt improve little bit even..So owner please dont make same copy paste reply under the comments like ‘ sorry to hear , we will look into it bla bla ‘ .If you have place like that show respect to people s comments ! STILL NO IMPROVEMENT OVER WAITING IN THE LINE, STILL NO SOCIAL DISTANCING IN THE RESTAURANT! WHY?! Tables are apart 30 to 50 cm only. There is no privacy or safety. How is that possible? There are couple of points to be improved. The worst part is a fake croud that restaurant is making both at the entrence and inside. You have to wait couple of minutes before you get in even if many tables are free. When you are in you will be sitted in crowdy space. They usually close 2/3 of the restaurant to make fake croud and seat in just one part of the restaurant. There is no comfort or privacy in that. Tables are one to another and they try to keep as much people close to each other as possible. If you have a sleeping child forget to have comfort. If you are one a date forget to have comfort. In terms of food quality is usually good, however often they tend over cook the meet so order less...

If it was possible to give less than a star, I would prefer that. I had the most awful experience. First, the tables are so close that you cannot have a conversation without being disturbed by the conversation on the other table. Cannot discuss anything private. Second, asked for medium done, i got rare. Ended up choking myself. Felt like the beef would not come out of my neck. My husband asked for medium rare and got a very dry well done. They asked to replace but then we got our food in two different timings. I got mine in 10 minutes and my husband had to wait an hour for his food. Awful experience. I feel bad for the waiters there, who has to be the face of all this...
