Asked for tap water, got 2 First price water bottle (worth 3kr x2) jammed in a glass (bottom down). Very unsanitary, as they could’ve been stored on the floor.

Bill said they charged us 27kr x2 for water. I kindly asked to refund the water, as that is nowhere what I asked for, and the waterbottle was unopened. They refused and said drinks were mandatory.

The buffet, understandable cannot stay 100% fresh all the time. But even the newly put out food in general tasted like it was frozen store bought food, reheated.

Highly disappointing and...

My first sushi experience in Odense. Was disappointed at the selection of sushi.. more attention needed to the fillings, wrapped in a sea weed sheet. The array was mostly very little topping with rice as the base. A need for improving customer service and an eye for customers needs when passing though the restaurants tables....attention to .. extra serviette, knife and fork and clean plates.. was difficult to catch the eye of a waiter .. a train station...

The food is awful, overpriced and boring. It’s absurd that they charge 27kr for water that costs 3kr in a normal store without telling you. It is not stated anywhere that you have to buy a drink but they will not let you eat buffet without. The “cheapest” drink is the water for 27kr. They don’t even tell you unless you look at the receipt. The area around the restaurant was also very loud and stressful. Not a nice...
