Saigon Bếp — Restaurant in Odense Kommune

I’m no expert in Vietnamese food but I’ve lived in Copenhagen, Berlin, Paris, and Amsterdam where I ate Vietnamese food regularly, and I can confidently say that Saigon Bêp is the tastiest most delicious Vietnamese food I have EVER had. No other place even come to mind that’s comparable.

Apart from extremely tasty food, the service was also top. Food came within 10 min, and even though there was a small miscommunication with the order the team was quick to bring the correct dish and it blew our minds. The setting is humble, minimalist, and down to earth. Cafeteria vibes. Love it! Non-pretentious and excellent prices as well. 110kr for a giant bowl of spicy beef broth with noodles, fresh herbs and carrots with a big piece of bread with it. Honestly it would have been enough for two people so in the end we brought home leftovers that was so good the day after as well.
