Closest to fine dining in Klitmøller. We celebrated my Mum's birthday here and had an absolutely lovely experience. The food was really tasty, French inspired gastronomy with a twist. A la carte as well as a menu. The drinks offered a good selection of wines and really good specialty beers. The service was excellent and performed by lovely and charming young staff who were attentive and relaxed a the same time. Important to book a table as it fills up quickly during main season. In my view the best food in Klitmøller and only slightly more expensive, if at all, than the many other excellent dining options in town. We'll use this place on special occasions...

This was a mixed experience. First the bad….. although not busy, we had to wait allot. We had to ask for the menu. Then we had to ask to order food. We ordered a glass of rosè while waiting for the food but the rose was delivered together with the food (50 minutes from arrival until drinks was served). Luckily the food was absolutely amazing hence the score in my review. From my view the waiters were eiher very stressed or inexperienced. But they were kind and friendly why much can be forgiven 🙃. The food was very good and atmosphere was cozy and warm. Unfortunately, there is an option to book a table at 15.30 but(!!) not the full menu is available until 17.00. I would highly recommend to remove booking options if we will be pressed to leave because they (obviously) have more important clients to come after 17.00 and we were asked to leave at 17.00. When I booked the table it was stated that the reservation is from 15.30 to 17.45. We were table of 6, with 2 kids and have a proper behavior, ordered a bottle of wine… I guess we are lucky as we eat fast due to kids...
