Plan B Bar and Longe — Restaurant in La Hispaniola

Great concept, but horrible service it was my last night at Azua had plans to go visit other places, but unfortunately decided to stop here to eat with my sister and nieces and nephew at 9:00pm to be serve 3hrs later??? Everyones order was wrong, missing a drink, dont waste your time ordering the chinola and pineapple drink ( tira piedras) is 12:37am like really? Ruined my plans. The taxi that I had arranged to pick us up is not longer available, there is not Uber. Now we have to hunt to find...

Lamentablemente tenía un concepto, pero tengo que opinar sobre la experiencia de hoy puesto que un servicio horrible, 3 horas para unas alitas picantes y luego me traen el.picante para que se lo eche yo misma y no fue lo que pedí me sirvieron la mitad de lo que pedí y aparte no tuvieron la delicadeza de pedir excusas o tratar de solucionar la situación para agradaría, ya que éramos 6 y aparte se me durmieron los niños al esperar 3 horas para servir una simple comida de papas fritas con pollo y un sándwich que era de jamón y queso y lo trajeron de lo que les dio la gana y todo frio. Encima me hicieron llorar uno de los niños porque no le trajeron lo que pidió y después que se terminó la comida dijeron le falto la bebida. Una ridicules un servirse de comida "rápida " no fue tal. Desafortunadamente última vez que visito este lugar aparte mucho dinero por algo que no lo merecía. Al menos que vea nuevos reviews con mejores...

Food was good. The service was excellent. BUT… the owners illegally post prices on the menu that have increased and the owner does not CARE!! He has been warned by his wait staff that they need to change the prices in the menu and HE HASN’T done his job. You do not know the price has increased UNTIL the waiter tells you. So the cooks were good, the waiter was good, but the OWNER is either lazy or a cheat. I could have walked away when I got the bill.

La comida era buena. El servicio era excelente. PERO… los dueños publican ilegalmente precios en el menú que han aumentado y al dueño no le IMPORTA!! Su personal de servicio le ha advertido que deben cambiar los precios en el menú y NO HA hecho su trabajo. No sabes que el precio ha aumentado HASTA que el camarero te lo dice. Así que los cocineros eran buenos, el camarero era bueno, pero el DUEÑO es un holgazán o un tramposo. Podría haberme ido cuando...
