Delicious fried fish (Mero Pinto) along with Pigeon Peas and Rice. The flavors precisely hit the spot. We also had some fried chicken, perfectly flavored, perfectly textured, yet not over-seasoned and not overly-breaded. We ordered some other things such as Carne de Res (beef) along with the usual Rice and Beans. We were given a delicious perfectly zesty cabbage slaw. And the icing-on-the-cake was when they made me a pasta dish, from scratch, although it was not a common item on their menu. I was craving pasta with an olive-oil based sauce with some garlic/onion. They whipped up a delightful spaghetti dish with the base ingredients I wished for, along with locally grown delicious mild peppers. The scenery in and near the restaurant is enchanting and relaxing.
