My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch while visiting Playa Rincon. The location is amazing, it’s right on the beach and the view is beautiful. I told the waitress that I am a vegan so I do not eat any animals or animal by-products. I wanted to order rice and beans but was told they had none so I opted for a salad. My boyfriend ordered a fish that came with fries and a salad. Both of us were really disappointed with our meals. The salad came with no dressing and consisted of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced onion. I consider that to be sandwich toppings, not a salad. My boyfriend thought his fish and fries were below average, the food needs to be seasoned better. The workers were bored and unmotivated but we still paid $22 for this mediocre...

We ordered our food at 12:00, but ended up waiting for over 2 hours for our meal to arrive. We would not have minded the wait, if we were informed of the long preparation times. Instead, we were left waiting at our table for the entire duration without being informed of the status. Additionally, people who ordered after us received their meals before us.

Finally, the waiter asked what we ordered, and then proceeded to serve us our meals cold and tasteless. Not to mention the high prices. Please literally go anywhere else. You have been warned. Also expect them to reply to this post with nothing but...

We waited for our food for around 1h30 at which point a confused waiter approached us and asked what we had ordered. We waited another 30 minutes without the food coming so we tried to leave but they insisted we stayed. The food finally came 15 minutes later.

The fish and ribs were cold. Good pasta but not worth the wait. The food was also very overpriced. Furthermore, out of the 8 staff working there only one was wearing a mask and none of the other customers were wearing masks but us. You wouldn't think we're in the middle of a...
