PriceSmart — Restaurant in Santiago de los Caballeros

Ok, since apparently there’s no one answering phones I’ll start by leaving my complaint on here. I just recently became a new member in September (big mistake on my part) I spent around 30,000 pesos and some of the things I bought were Cinnamon Toast Crunch, the extra large absorbent pads along other things. Within 1 day… I started noticing small little bugs everywhere in my home and I couldn’t understand where they were coming from. Till I started opening all the boxes from the items I bought. To my surprise those boxes were infested with a bunch of small ant size bugs, which caused me to throw away most of the things I purchased. Now I can’t understand for the life of me, why I been calling none stop and yet no answer. I’m currently staying in Cotuí, and I’m really trying to avoid the 2 hour plus drive to Santiago. You would think that a place such as this one can go and shop in peace. From the moment I entered with my husband all you hear is catcalling everywhere and guys would walk close by and try to say something slick. How can pricemart employ men with no proper etiquette whatsoever. My husband went up to a group and they all acted as if they had no clue of what they were being confronted for. Then, after our purchase, as we exited the store they all began to catcalled on purpose. This is a membership based warehouse club that sells regular products in bulk. If you get a membership, it can be beneficial in cost savings. A new update with the warehouse recently is even if you have a membership card with your photo on it, you still have to display a government issued I.D. with it to make a purchase.
