Wow! What a beautiful,wonderful and amazing trip that I had while staying at Platino Hotel & Casino. When I first came to the hotel I was greeted by the most amazing person in the world, Jennifer is one of the most amazing people that you have ever seen. She is a very helpful person when it comes to her guests, especially those who travel internationally.

When I met Cesarina she had a beautiful smile that could light up the whole world.She is an amazing person who is eager to work with foreign people no matter where they are from, she is respected by her colleagues and guests.

Oh another amazing person,Tamaira If you need any information about the platino hotel and casino,Tamaria will give you the most incredible information about the hotel rule and policies, she had always been supported when I needed some information.

When it comes to ordering my food from the restaurant, oh my gosh! Moises Is like the next superman that lives on earth, I really don't know how he does it but he is on time, no matter what he is doing he always comes and checks to see if I am okay, this guy really is an amazing person.

Mabel

What can I say about Mabel?

As I enter the restaurant each day that Mabel is scheduled to be working, we always have a good conversation. She asked me about how my experience staying here at the platino hotel and casino was. As we dive into the conversation I noticed that my food has already been delivered to my room. Mabel hospitality is very professional and I really appreciate and enjoy her company while she is working. I had an amazing time talking to her.

Katherine

Is the one of the family owner of platino hotel and casino, Katherine is amazing person who loved to make sure that her clients are in good hand, Mrs Katherine has done a wonderful job since I was there, there was a client who ask for her opinion in a matter where she literally took her time out of her busy schedule and communicate with the client. Wow! That is so fantastic to see.

Wellington & Xiomara

Wellington is the young man who assists Mrs Xiomara, Mrs Xiomara is my favorite housekeeping friend because she always make sure that my room is kept clean, when I need her to clean the room she always tell me to give her a few seconds then she will come, on the other hand Wellington would start bringing all the necessary things to clean the room before Mrs Xiomara come to clean, both of them doing amazing job.

Chefs@ platino hotel and casino you guys have done an amazingly job by providing a delicious meals everyday for your guests at the hotel,

Breakfast/ Lunch and dinner are off the chain.

To all my TripAdvisor fans, if you are coming to the Dominican Republic/ Santiago I recommend you to please visit the platino hotel and casino.

Trust me, you won't be disappointed....

Worth 0 stars, worst hotel in my years of travelling.

I booked an executive suit.

No desk with a chair to do some work No wall sockets near the bed No hot water to shower when I arrived late Shower door doesn't close, water all over the place TV signal is horrible I arrived 2 O'clock Sunday morning, the room service woke me up two times to clean the room at 8 O'clock and 9 O'clock. But the next day on Monday I found my room uncleaned that evening, because I forgot to hang the 'clean my room' on the doorknob. No WiFi in room 410 at all Restaurant is horrible, no soul to be found and three tables big My room key didn't work so I needed to make my way down to reactivated it no problem can happen, but the personal is uninterested. No bottle of water in the room

I checked out to go to another hotel nearby, where I stayed on my previous visit.

My usual place wasn't available on short notice. However, this place was a very pleasant surprise for the price I paid, which included breakfast. By the way, the breakfast included was fantastic. It is a full restaurant menu with no limitations. My room was very comfortable and large. The location was very convenient, and it has a casino. Had an issue with my room when I checked in. However, the front desk receptionist, Mabel, took care of it quickly. Also, Mabel was very courtesy and very helpful with all my concerns. She even "squeezed" me to my room earlier than the normal check-in times. Finally, the picture is the early construction of a brand new open-air restaurant that would definitely make it the place...
