Figata Pizza and Wine — Restaurant in Santo Domingo Este

Second time I visited this location gave them a second chance. The service was atrocious. They made me feel very uncomfortable. The waitresses that were here both asked me if I wanted to take my food with me every single time they frequented my table, which was between 3 to 5 minutes each time. They came to my table more than 20 times. Then I told him how uncomfortable I was feeling and asked for my check and she stated no she will not give me my check till I’m finish. So now I was being held hostage by the check because when I finish, they would not come to my table after frequenting my table every 3 to 5 minutes before that. This place isn’t for everybody and they tried to use classism I even put my money on the table and told them I am not going anywhere. I’ve been to multiple Pizza restaurants, specially the ones that claim to be Italian. Honest feedback is that this pizza turned out to be one of the beat I’ve had in Santo Domingo, they have become pioneers of this pizza style in East Santo Domingo.

Great music, the staff is amazing, the owners are in the restaurant making sure you feel great, even shared with us the story of how it all started and the amazing journey they went through which now lays on every slice of pizza.

Great selection of beers and wine, the cost overall is good. Ordering a tiramisu after the pizza is a must!

My only observation is to give a copy of the voucher so tips can be left on the card in the event the client has no cash. Congratulations to the staff and hopefully you can enjoy it as...

Their pizzas are awesome and very good value. They also have a great beer selection to accompany your pizzas. Staff is very attentive and has a great disposition, service was very good across all the times I've visited. Try their Sweet Goat and Figata pizzas.

They have espanded seating lately, but parking can still be an issue sometimes as the spot the restaurant is in has few slots available.
