Attractive establishment, however, Terrible service is an understatement. Also, cannot rate the food as we never tasted it. We waited over an hour for a basic pasta dish and a burger. Someone at our table ordered ribs and got them while the rest watched him eat And Finish his meal while we continued to wait. Not once did the server come back to check on us or to see if wanted another drink while we waited and waited, not once. Then, when the food finally arrived it was wrong. Seriously? (my guess is the larger group got our food) Fed up, we asked for our bill and started to leave. No explanation, no apology until I asked to speak with a manager. Even then we were told they had several large parties that evening and short staffed. So, why was this so difficult to communicate prior to being seated? And why weren't we given the option if this was known to potentially be an issue. Unprofessional and unacceptable service/lack of communication. They made THEIR problem...
