🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Exquisite Cuisine and Magnificent Design! A visit to this restaurant was a real celebration! I want to give it the highest rating right away — 5 out of 5! The design here is simply magnificent and deserves a special mention. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and stylish, thanks to the combination of warm wooden elements, antique floor tiles, and, of course, the stunning decor. Your attention is immediately drawn to the enormous, bright painting on the wall, which gives the establishment a refined, almost museum-like chic. And in the bar area, a large fireplace creates an indescribable comfort, making it a wonderful place to spend time. Every detail of the interior has been carefully thought out. The service was superb! The staff is very attentive, polite, and unobtrusive. The waiter know the menu perfectly and are ready to give excellent recommendations. The care for the guests is felt from the moment you enter until the final farewell. As for the dishes, they turned out to be excellent! Everything we ordered was incredibly tasty, fresh, and served with beautiful presentation. It's clear that true professionals work in the kitchen, using only high-quality products. If you are looking for a place with impeccable service, magnificent cuisine, and a truly memorable interior, confidently choose this restaurant. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my time at the Hacienda, I particularly went for dinner and drinks and absolutely fell in love with the ambiance and decor. The Hacienda has lots of colonial antiques, pianos, clocks, chandeliers, rugs, sofas, tea cups, paintings and whatever antique furniture you can think of. The mood is very casual, good for having dinner on a date, or just some drinks with co-workers or friends. They have two ambiances, one on the main floor for the main restaurant (rather formal), and another one downstairs (less formal) for the bar where they could also serve you desserts and appetizers to go along with your drinks. Upstairs they have a showroom of (what I assume) was the Hacienda living style, whit a few special tables to have dinner or brunch. Menu offer gourmet dishes, and desserts. The prices are fairly tagged for the meal quality they serve.

A hacienda on the mountain of Quito, the place is nice with a view of the city. It is an old hacienda that was converted into a hotel. It is super expensive, the service is excellent but the food is not at all in accordance with the price. I ordered a seafood gratin which was with mayonnaise and parmesan which turned out to be a super heavy meal and the gnocchi al pomodoro was burned. The martini and canelazo were very good. It's a pity that the food is not commensurate with the price. You will find better restaurants with better view for that price

We stayed in the Cathedral suite for two nights. Our experience was simply unbelievable perfection. The suite itself is a palace and we could not believe this luxurious space was ours for just over $300 a night when such a room would easily cost anywhere between $1000 and up in the U.S. Not only was the room amazing, but the service and attention to detail was just incredible. Everything was just a dream - from the fresh fruit awaiting us in our suite to the turn down service including hot water bags heating each side of the bed, the absolutely breath-taking bouquet of roses in our suite and the rose petals spread throughout the rooms, the GORGEOUS decor. The restaurant, the bar and the grounds are also amazing. We spent our time watching the llamas, birds and peacocks that roam the property as well as hiking the grounds of the property in general. We also met the owner, Amber and she was amazing! Not only did she take the time to introduce herself and chat with us but she did everything in her power to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Amber ensures our meals were to our liking, sent tea to our room to help with some altitude related discomfort, arranged our transportation to the airport, and even arranged for us to have an hour and a half massage in our suite which was really fantastic. Really, I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is and the staff that works there. They blew all of our expectations way out of the water and made us eager to...
