I truly recommend this awesome place! The environment is really nice, you can eat in or eat out the restaurant, but if you want to eat at the tables located outside, please make a reservation first ! They offer a delicious menú!, they also have children's meals. A variety of German dishes, the sausages and the pork is really good 👍, try the sample, this is a variety of beers made for them , I dare you to try it!... At Páramo you can find many kinds of beers, it is like a charming German corner, the decorations, the dishes, the employees with their very nice uniforms, and finally when you had tried all , give a joy to your mouth with the delightful desserts!... The place is cozy, with a nice beer garden decoration splitted in two parts, one in the out side where you can enjoy the plants and the nice weather which is characteristic of the valley; and one on the inside where you have a direct view of the beer factory. The food is good and you will not end up still hungry, and the service is nicely done by girls wearing German characteristic dresses, which completes the illusion of being in Germany. This was a nice attempt of copying a German restaurant. However the food wasn’t exceptionally traditional German cuisine. But you can’t blame the chefs because this is Ecuador and not Germany. The service was very good, they make a funny yet successful attempt of dressing in traditional German clothing. I recommend giving it a try and giving your own opinion. All in all it is mainly a illusion of Germany, not completely exact but it is still nice place to spend...
