This place is definitely not targeted to tourists but that makes it feel more authentic. They supplied an English menu and helped us cook our food. The locals we're definitely trying to take full advantage of the all you can drink deal but service was fast and friendly, despite the language barrier. We learned that we don't like manjayaki at all but the okonomiyaki was delicious as Wass the dessert manja which was basically like a hot plate of frosted flakes.
