Carlos Cafe — Restaurant in Alexandria

The food is absolutely amazing. Even though it took a little while to get our food and it was a little expensive, the food is stunningly fresh and good, everything feels home cooked and not frozen, the spring rolls are the most fresh I've ever tasted. The saff are really nice except for one person who didn't like to joke around much and was a little too serious. I feel like the place was too packed with people though, the tables are too close together and the amount of people in such a small and enclosed space was concerning, i feel like the amount of tables should be cut by half. The shape of the chairs and the tables didnt allow you to sit very comforably but its alright. Overall a great place and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants...

Very rude stuff and manager I went Wednesday 14 September carlos cafee city cinter to take dinner till cinema time we find empty corner my wife went ahead the stuff told her that the lady will come back .but we find 2 young adult in the corner taking shish....I asked the manager how come ..he didn't ask his stuff and just say sorry.....I asked if there is reservation he said no ...so we came first....do you accept your family take dinner in the coridor. ....I don't advice any one...

It was the worst experience ever, the waiter who brought us the menu told us that our orders must be more than 100, he could have waited until we choose wt we want to have. All smoking area. The receipt was 227 they took 250, 25 extra charge. The waiter wouldn't let you enjoy ur time, always putting immense pressure on you to buy more. One toilet only for ladies and gentlemen.
