No one standing in the host station in the front. The waiter downstairs on the cellphone. Service is awful. It took almost an hour to get 2 cups of ينسون. We needed to remind the waiter of the order to get it. Mineral water was included in the check although we did not order and was removed after.

One of the best restaurants in Alexandria. Serving a very good variety of food satisfying all tastes. Very suitable for groups. Having one of the best dessert menus ever. The coffee there is a normal one.

It is a very nice place and the roof is amazing , it has a kids area and a lot of good places to sit, there is an elevator, the price is expensive and not affordable for everyone.

The place is cozy with great decorations but we ordered like 7 bevarages and they were all below average standards. The turkish coffee was not even edible and then the lattes were horrible made out of classic nescafe and the fresh juices were horribly unpleasent nevertheless we were robbed naked by the prices. I gave the second star to the decorations but did not expect...

Food was okay... Messy.. The waiters hit me accidentally a few times on my way in and out.. I had to wait for the cashier to get the other machine and it took over 5 mins, The place was extremely crowded and I was mistaken for a waiter once 😂😂 , I was dressed well and I had no name tag but okay.. Nice atmosphere, good food ,and good service , prices are little bit high but still good ,they have ground floor , first and second floors too , back stairs and elevator .A/C indoors and a open seating area and an open roof area,. Clean toilets separated for males and females ,good decorations . Smoking is allowed indoors...
