Zephere Sea food elmax — Restaurant in Alexandria

this restaurant is racist. we five people from china drive there around one o'clock, and we were the fisrt in there at that time. The light is off and dark, they didn't turn on the light. they offer us plastic folks and spoons which are quit old with scratches. they seems didn't understand even one English word like "water" such kind of simple words. later,some other customers which dress like local people, the point is! they turn on the light, and the metal folks and spoons were offered. l asked them why they gave me plastics.they said: they use metals, sorry! so they can speak at least some English words but pretended they didn't understand what i was talking when we have the dinner. Shame of them! they ask me pay 14% service tips whatever,which is not anything about the dishes! people doing right things to earn money not this...

It’s been a while since I gave a restaurant a 5 stars rating , but zephere really worth every single star of them , Staff is very friendly, view is amazing , classic setting, favourish food that I can enjoy every part and don’t want to finish ... The fish were properly marinated and that’s the weirdest part , how would I just choose the raw fish and get them prepared that fast and that delicious We ordered , butterfly shrimp with butter , grilled denese , seafood soup , renga salad , rice , crab ... We also enjoyed the sound of OUD played in the background which added a taste to that of the food and setting as well...

Sure I’d visit them again and again , They have a kids area with extra fees ( 35 EGPs ) with a nice lady playing with them...

The restaurant was empty not busy, but the first impression there from the staff showed that they don't care, we arrived to the fish display to order, the person standing there not listening, distracted talking to other staff while taking our order, the display for the seafood is very high, you can't see it and the guy there is not helpful, although it was only us there taking the order. I can't comment on the food as we left after not seeing much of care from the staff while taking order and I am glad we did so, as it reflects how the rest of the service would have been. I would recommend Zepheryon in Abu Kir, as it has great food, great service and even much better ambience there...
