Abo El-Ezz — Restaurant in Cairo

I regret to say that my visit to was the worst dining experience I have had, in any country I’ve visited. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist's attitude was unprofessional. When I expressed a preference for where I wanted to sit, I was met with a rude response, as if it were unreasonable to ask. This left a very poor first impression of their hospitality.

The service was equally disappointing. We waited 40 minutes for our food, with no updates or apologies from the staff, who were generally impolite throughout the experience. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, stale, and unappetizing. The chicken tasted off and seemed far from fresh, while the fries were similarly unremarkable. For the prices they charge, the quality was simply unacceptable — a total ripoff. Moreover, the behavior of the staff was appalling. It’s clear they need training in both professionalism and basic customer service. Cairo offers a wide range of excellent dining options, particularly Syrian restaurants, many of which provide much better food and hospitality. Save your time, money, and...

The worst experience ever and will never go back to such a place. awful service with no one answering my requests and they don't even look at me nor smile or talk politely to a customer. Food arrived late after 50 min from the order and every time they say there something wrong and they tell the kitchen to make it fast. after the food arrived it was not hot and not fresh the rice was very bad in taste it looks old and the fries too and asked them to change and it came back like it was. everything inside this place is a mess my advice to you is no one comes to this place there are a lot of places better than this...

I decided to try this place as it was recommended - the worst experience of my life in any country I visited. The service was horrible, the staff were so rude and we waited for 40 minutes for someone to even take our order after calling the waiters over 3 times. When someone came and we tried to order, the floor manager I believe told the waiter “never mind the order now and go to this other area”. I decided to leave then and not eat just because of how I was treated. There are so many better places in Cairo especially Syrian restaurants. Save your time and your money.
