I visited Al Awda Restaurant for Suhoor, and overall, it was a great experience. • Food: The dishes were delicious! It was my first time there and it was good, I had the fool el awda which is beans with hummus that was good Labna with zaater and olive oil that was great and bakdonesya which is a salad with tahini and parsley And palastenian shakshouka, it is tomato sauce, onions and eggs on top and then baked, that wasn't very good I felt that I was tasting the tomato sauce right out from the jar it wasn't fully cooked but one of my friends told me it was better when he tried it before I tried the cheese samosa it was good and the flafel was ordinary Their service was fast and friendly Would recommend the place to someone who hasn't...

Avoid this place at all costs. Yes, The food and prices are reasonable but If you want to start your day with a experience that holds the worst customer service possible with grumpy waiters who simply don’t care to even smile or even show the least amount of hospitality then this restaurant is for you.

Went there for an early breakfast with my family. The menu was varied and we ordered from our grumpy waiter. The food arrived pretty late and the waiter almost threw the plates in our faces without a smile or a word. Then an accident happened and a piece of their roof fell next to our table and heap of dust and dirt fill on our table contaminating our food with teh piece of ply wood hanging only inches from our drivers head. Thankfully no one got physically hurt but when no one stopped to check on us, I told one of the servers only to shooed away and he just went inside again with no action. I asked for the manager who is apparently the owner, he didn’t even bother to check and just gave some vague instructions which the waiter ignored. So again if you don’t care about customer service and hospitality go there. I’m going back to Arabiata and Tabali.

اسوء خدمه و اسوء مطعمً جربته من فتره طويله الاكل كويس جدا لكن الستاف سيّء الى ابعد الحدود ، مبوزين و ما بيردوش اصلا تقريبا رموا الاكل في وشنا و لما جزء من السقف وقع علينا و احنا لِسَّه بناكل كميه نرتب وقعت على الاكل غير طبيعيه و ستر ربنا ان الجزء اللي وقع ما وقعش على راس الشخص الاقرب للسقف

عدم اهتمام غيري طبيعي حتى بعد لفت انتباهم مع ان كل الزباين سمعوا الصوت الرهيب للسقف و هو بيقع و لما نبهت واحد من الستاف بصلي بمنتهى القرف و كمل عادي مشي بدون محاوله انه يطمن علينا

المشكله الاكبر ان المدير او صاحب المكان هو كمان لم يهتم لما اشتكيت، و فضل في مكانه بيشرب سجايره و قهوته

الخلاصه لو مَش فارق معاك تبدا يومك بانك تشوف ناس مبوزه و غير مهتمين بادنى معايير الخدمه الجيده و تدفع فلوس لده كمان يبقى روح العوده...
