The staff are miserable, they have absolutely no public relations experience! ..we ordered a rose wine and the waiter poured a red, insisting that we had ordered that. We tried to be friendly but did not even receive a smile or a welcoming attitude. We come to Egypt every year with a huge group of international guests to scuba dive and usually stop at this restaurant on our way home for dinner... The manageress has a bad, unfriendly attitude, never a smiling face or a friendly word. The waiter, and manageress are both working with earpods in their ears, both on social media and totally oblivious to what the clients are communicating to them. Where should I start here? First we had to wait 20 minutes until one of the employees was kind enough to come over to us. However, they did not want to take our order as expected, but asked us to move because they wanted to clean that area. After we were moved, they were kind enough to take our order. The food came surprisingly quickly for "freshly" prepared food. It tasted accordingly. The pesto basil chicken pasta was some kind of mixed sauce made of cheese and basil, with just icludes one piece of chicken. Service one of the worst, it takes a quite long time to be recognized.

We have ordered our meals and we had make it clear in needs to be served as early as it can be as we have a flight within an hour Foods and unfortunately served after almost a 30 minutes moreover it came with one single order not for two persons

Restaurant cleanliness was below average and totally under the expectation as it’s located at the airport

Food and beverage quality and value was good enough no complaints about it
