Butchers Burger — Restaurant in Cairo

Disappointing experience. The burgers came half burnt and not tasty or juicy. Poor dressing and old bread . The coleslaw tasted bad and the curly fries tasted like being re cooked!! It was Friday and no excuse you ask for expensive price and give poor burgers. The service was horrible the mixed two burgers we ordered and when we realised they took them back in the kitchen and swab them and bring back. Poor quality control and response to guests. They missed the order they should serve new fresh ones. The good decorative environment was ruined by the noisy place and poor service even the big screen they had in the middle of the place was not working. No music . Hay butcher i m coming to enjoy my weekend not to struggle and pay a fortune for poor burgers and disappointing atmosphere. The place outside is misleading you think it looks a good place but the experience inside is not! I had butcher burger in cfc before long time ago and was excellent cannot believe how disappointing it came to now! I would definitely avoid butcher...

👎👎👎 Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The service is painfully slow, and I don’t mean a little delay, I mean we were seated with plenty of time, and still had to wait ages just to get our food. Then even longer for the drinks. Then they forgot the straws. Then more time wasted waiting for the check. By the time they got everything together, the restaurant was almost closing. I had a movie booked and ended up walking in late because of this disaster. And to top it all off? The food wasn’t even that good. My family didn’t like it at all, definitely not worth the wait.
