One of the best places for Chinese food in Cairo. I suggest going for dinner on a weekday, as there aren’t many tables available. Abu Yusuf is the owner, a Chinese Muslim man who married an Egyptian woman- lovely man. However he isn’t there lately whenever we go, and instead there are designated cook-waiters running the show. We ordered A LOT of stuff, and we were blown away with the quality and the taste; it was like nothing we have ever tried, absolutely amazing.

The staff are also very friendly and helpful, explaining the menu, the dishes (since we've never heard of most of the dishes there) and even recommending dishes.

They also offer complementary tea before and after the meal, which I thought was very nice of them.
