尼尔曼中餐厅（مطعم نعمة الصين）Chinese restaurant — Restaurant in Cairo

I'm a big fan of Chinese cuisine, and I always look forward to trying new places. Personally, I found the staff at the restaurant to be kind-hearted and I genuinely wish them success.

However, they’ve overlooked the most essential aspect of any dining experience: cleanliness.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was not clean at all — I couldn't find a single clean spot. The service was far from professional, and the way the food was presented was neither appealing nor appropriate.

There was a serious issue related to food hygiene, which I prefer not to go into detail about — but someone else might not be as forgiving.

Sadly, I ended up with a stomach infection that felt close to food poisoning. I've been to the bathroom nine times since eating there and still don't know what exactly happened to me.

I'm honestly not impressed by the food and I think it's mediocre or maybe it's just the dishes that I tried so far.

I tried the stir fried beef noodles and braised beef ramen: The fried noodles were too greasy and there is tooo much garlic, and I am a person that loves garlic but I found it to be too much in this bowl... However I liked the vegetable selection in this dish, huge fan of zucchini The ramen is good but not amazing and there is also a weird taste in it that I just can't put my finger on it, but the flavor profile is just off

The portions are HUGE, could be a plus or a minus depending on your stomach, but you can always take the leftovers home

I might give the place a try again later with more dishes that don't...

This is an incredible hidden gem (and I don’t use this word lightly) Absolutely 11/10 delicious ramen I tried their signature beef ramen, absolutely amazing and the price is very very good Way cheaper than other places I’ve tried and same quality The dumplings are also good but u wish the dough was a tad thinner The only issue that the place looks a bit mediocre and not like a proper nice super clean restaurant But if you don’t care about that then this is a must try Service was also good we went there near closing time and they didn’t rush us to leave at all which was very nice of them Delighted to have found this place and will definitely come...
