Pros: Laid back Sofas are comfortable Nice Greenery views Not too loud Love their ambient background music Always on Shazam. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food: Burger is good Spaghetti Bolognese is good Chicken Quesadilla nice Nachos are cool too

Cons Management stretches thin the staff waiters outdoors assigning one or max two staff handling 15 outdoor tables. So things are SLOW. You do have to wave loads of times and raise your voice to get attention. Don’t be shy or embarrassed to do so, it’s the Egyptian way to get things done instead of trying to get eye contact (won’t happen). They should introduce sangrias.

Overall: They do tend to restrict single guys later in the evening to prevent the whole harassment problem by foreign regional players.

Environment is a mix of adults and fashionable youth wanting peace of mind with friends and with minimal staring and glaring of drinking alcoholic beverages. Nice getaway.

When I had just sat down, the waiter told me, “I can’t open the umbrella for you, it’s broken,” essentially suggesting I move elsewhere. I looked at him and simply replied, “You can bring another umbrella.” Embarrassed, he brought one. he wasn't smiling and even the waitress with him didn't come and ask me where you want to sit or any shape of form of any hospitality! However, no one followed up afterwards. He didn’t even offer to clean the table, and when I asked him, he acted offended, as if it were degrading to make such a request. Service & Experience was a disaster!

Food had been delayed, arrived cold and the taste wasn’t good .. and it was simply some past dishes! .. some items were missed & billed! .. spoke to the manager out there .. nothing changed with the new order and came late again.

All wut have been was a complementary hot drink to 4 of us .. however, we were already 11.

Hygiene isn’t the greatest thing ever!!!! The food was being served by the waiter & Chief, and during speaking, no mask was on the faces.

Zero recommendation ... I won’t recommend it to any of my friends for dinner,...
