KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

Everything was perfect and detailed. Hygiene was up to standard that competes with KFC all over the world. KFC fan since birth. The staff at the counter was welcoming and professional the restaurant was extremely clean and spotless. I believe the branch manager is handling and coordinating the staff very well although I think he was in sort of KFC corporate online meeting. Excellent branch manager and staff. I’m really pleased with the service overall. Food delay is fine with me as long as i will be served with an amazing meal to remember as I’m a traveler. Keep it up KFC Genaina...

Extremely slow service.. most of the meals are not available.. they don't care about the extras (forks/tissues/ketchup). Employees are lazy to do their job.. they only try to sell what's already available and ask you to visit the other nearby branches! I love this place cause I've been coming here for over 15 years.. but KFC has to sort out the problem of the bunch of lazy liars who don't care...
