Sennara seafood — Restaurant in Cairo

One of the best seafood places in all of Cairo. However, big ZERO for customer service. I was invited for dinner in his favorite restaurant. The service was very good the food was exceptional. Everything was well done. He paid before I came back from the restroom. They said would you like to sit on the patio, we moved there they brought the 2 tea Cubs. When we start to leave the place they brought a bill for the two tea Cubs. I start to pay the 30 some Egyptian bound, they did not have change for the 200 Egyptian bounds. He start to pay , he also had 200 Bill's only. They looked in there pockets for the change.

I give the details because this friend is regular in the restaurant and pays thousands every time he eats there with his business guests. He eats there at least 2 to 3 times a week in the restaurant and he always leaves big...

Very expensive sea food restaurant and very very rude stuff including the manager and restaurant owner, be careful of their food as their sea food is not fresh at all and if you object from the food their manager will come to tell you that it's our food and we can't change and he might make a fight with you also and the restaurant owner also very rude person. I don't recommend this place at all for any classy customers as the stuff you will deal with there are very low level and will never respond or respect your food needs. also they have tables over looking the street always booked for their VIP customers and only limited choice of seats there . the restaurant owner have body guard infornt of the restaurant to scare the clients if they ever object . if you want to eat not fresh fish and to not being respected you...

I had the worse experience with my family and friends in this restaurant today. At the beginning we stand up close to fish display the waiter try to convince us that all the fish are fresh witch was not. I wanted to be polite infront of my family and friends. We ordered a lot of things included octopus 1800 gr We received all the food regardless the taste but the octopus was a disaster almost 300 gr ofcourse we didn't taste it I complained to the manager but no solution they brought the chef try to convince us that this the ideal way to cook it then it comes the to pay our bill ofcourse they charge us they octopus by 500 pounds And because I respect my family and friends I paid I strongly NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT...
